The room was old and worn, and the sofa was a joke. It was just a tiny two seater, unusable really, so with three of us one person had nowhere to sit. You have to bring all the basics yourself, from garbage bags and paper towels to dish cloths and dishwasher tabs. The front desk girl was helpful, though she could only stick to the rules, and the manager wasn't friendly. You can pay €100 at checkout for cleaning, but still have to do most of it yourself with very few supplies, so I didn't think it was worth it. The location is about the only good thing here. Two stars at best, and I'm not coming back.

It's a nice, quiet place to sleep, with great views. The apartment didn't have towels or wipes, and the TV remote cost extra. There's a pool, whirlpool and sauna, though.

The receptionist was attentive, and the setting is beautiful, but the place feels tired. Furniture is worn throughout, and for six people the cramped living room has just one old two seat sofa bed, about 20 years old, plus shabby dining chairs. There's no oven, and you're expected to mop and clean before leaving. The parking garage is convenient, but costs €50. I don't get the positive reviews. The pool hasn't been closed for months, and the apartment isn't worth the hefty price. When Trip.com asked me to leave a critical review, its site was overloaded.
