B&B HOTEL Paris Sud Châtenay Malabry

The Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff were attentive, but we had a difficult three-night stay here with our tour group. The rooms are very cramped: once two beds were in place, there was barely room for suitcases or to move around, and there were no proper closets, chairs, or tables. The bathroom was tiny, with almost no room to move in the shower. It had no door, so water spilled out, and the towel hooks were right by the toilet. There was no waste bin in the room either. Cleaning was poor: a hair we noticed on the first day was still in the same spot when we left on day three. The shower pressure was extremely weak, taking about ten minutes to wet myself, and although we complained on the first day, nothing was done. Breakfast was disappointing, just a couple of kinds of bread, coffee from machines, juice, and yogurt. Thanks to our group company for booking a hotel where we were assigned single occupancy rooms for double occupancy and encouraged to spend time away from the hotel.

A special thanks to Vawda and Raouf, who were both super friendly and did a great job. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. I’m on my last day of a three-night trip now, and I’ve really enjoyed it so far.

We spent three nights here during the hottest part of the year with no working AC, and staff showed little interest in fixing the room issue. When I told the woman in the morning that our AC hadn’t worked for two nights, she said we were the only ones complaining. She also yells at people in the breakfast line, for some reason. Avoid this dump.

My son and I had a great time here for the pokemon Go Fest in Parc de Sceaux. There’s a Carrefour just around the corner, and the location is in a fairly quiet area. The rooms were clean and pleasant, entry is by code, and the staff are really friendly.
