The breakfast barely changed from day to day: omelet, the same three kinds of meat, and baguette slices, with no toast. The WiFi connected but gave no internet, and the air conditioning only blew warm air. The room itself was dusty, including the floor, and the photos showed it had been that way for days. The shower tap was broken, while the windows collected condensation each night even with the heating off. On top of that, the walls were so thin I could hear everything nearby. Most upsetting, room cleaning and fresh towels weren't provided, and that hadn't been disclosed before booking. For a 3-star hotel, even basic hygiene should be covered. I've stayed in plenty of B&B hotels, but this was the worst choice I've had in any 3-star place. Poorly maintained and managed, nowhere near decent accommodation. I wouldn't recommend it or come back, even for free.

We stayed here while working at and visiting the Porte du Paris expo grounds. The transport options into Paris were useful, and the staff were very good. Souhila was especially friendly and looked after us well. Great hotel.

Breakfast was okay, though by about 8:30 there wasn't much left. The room was generally clean, but the bathroom taps were loose and covered in limescale, and even small movements made the bed shift. I was comfortable temperature-wise on the second floor despite it being 32°C outside, nearly cool enough for a blanket. A street-facing room could be noisy, though; you hear everything, so it's not great if you're a light sleeper. For a short trip with modest expectations, booking here is certainly an option.

The receptionist was welcoming, helpful, and really nice. I was short on time and couldn't stay for breakfast, so they gave me a coffee to go for free. The hotel was nice and clean, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Paris.
