Premiere Classe Chantilly Sud-Luzarches

Bilal was the one employee who was kind and did everything he could to help. The rest of the stay was awful. The beds and blankets were so dirty I couldn't sleep, and even the towels weren't clean. After I asked to move to a first-class room, I found a blood stain on the bed there too. It looked like the blankets hadn't been changed. I arrived late on the first day and nobody was there to let me in. I called but got no answer until another guest came out and I was able to enter. I don't recommend this place, 0/10.

The room smelled strongly and unpleasantly, and there were visible stains on the bed and bedding. It didn't seem like they had been cleaned properly, and the odor made the stay very uncomfortable. Hygiene and cleanliness were well below an acceptable standard. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

My husband booked a night here, but I couldn't sleep at all. It was mouldy and disgusting, the filthiest place I've ever seen. Stay away at any cost.

Breakfast was abominable, probably the worst I've come across. Just grab something from the supermarket next door and don't pay for breakfast. There's no reception either, you have to check in at the hotel next door. The general condition was pretty meh, and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, felt and looked like jail cells. They were clean, sure, but still. If this is “first class,” I don't want to know what second class is like.
