We had lunch here, and the service was perfect even though it was busy. The food was excellent value, and they let our small dog join us in the restaurant. The menu du jour was particularly good value, with Guinea fowl (pintarde) and cod fillet with tagliatelle in a light butter and orange sauce. There were also some delicious half-bottle choices on the great wine list. Definitely worth checking out.

We'd happily come back. It's a lovely traditional French hotel in a small town, with friendly, pleasant staff, and the price for the room, dinner, and breakfast was very good for what we got. Our room wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable and had everything needed, including a decent bathroom. There was free private parking in the courtyard, and the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was utterly superb, and they kept it open for us when we arrived late. Loved it!

We had no complaints. The room was simple, clean, and very comfortable, and the central location worked well for our overnight stop on the way to the Dordogne. Parking was free. The woman at reception was friendly and very helpful, though she didn't speak English and I don't speak French. Google Translate came to the rescue. Thank you.

We had a very good dinner in the lovely courtyard, and the staff were really friendly. It's a lovely spot close to both the old city and the commercial center, with good parking. Our ground-floor room was quiet, but there was no air conditioning, and we didn't feel secure leaving the accessible window open at night.

The restaurant was packed when my wife and I dropped in without a reservation on Sunday lunchtime, but they cheerfully found us a table. The staff were friendly and quick, and the atmosphere felt relaxed. The food was superb, especially the pictured house-speciality dessert. We couldn't recommend it more.
