Relais Spa Val d'Europe

Breakfast was the letdown. It was poor, crowded, and there were queues at the entrance while the manager rushed around trying to find seats. Families with children had to wait, and food kept running out. They need more waiters or better kitchen reserves to keep things stocked. We chose a family room on the fifth floor, and it was spacious, well furnished, and had everything we needed, including a separate guest toilet, which was handy. The kitchenette was particularly good: all the dishes, pans, pots, spoons, glasses, and wine glasses were good quality, and the room was spotless. The Christmas decorations around the grounds were beautiful. Front desk staff were quick and keen to answer questions, and the hotel guard was always punctual, avoiding late arrivals to and from Disneyland. We also had lunch at the restaurant and would recommend it for lunch or dinner. The older gentleman served us quickly and very well. The food was delicious, with choices for children. Prices were above average, but I thought it was worth it and better than eating inside Disneyland. With the room and other services, my impression was five stars, but breakfast cost it a point.

The spa was the best part of our stay. The sauna and pool were both properly warm, unlike the cold saunas you sometimes get at hotels, and opening at 7 am made them a great way to start the day. We were there for one night. Everyone on staff was lovely, and the Disney shuttle worked really well. Our room was warm with a nice view, and the bath was big and warm too. The dressing gowns were cosy. There's a supermarket opposite and a patisserie nearby. The station is just a few minutes away, and we got to central Paris in under an hour. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a junior room with two rooms, a kitchenette, and two bathrooms, which worked perfectly for me and my three children. The rooms were changed daily and the amenities replenished. The spa was a great extra, and the hotel was beautiful, modern, and immaculately clean. It's very well located for Disney. The train station for central Paris and the airport is a three-minute walk away, as is the shopping mall. There's also a good food shop very close by. Zeytin, which serves Turkish and Lebanese food, was very good quality and clean. I'd absolutely recommend the hotel to friends and family visiting Paris or Disney, and would love to return.

Our two-level junior executive suite was a great fit for a family, with a kitchenette and dressing room. The restaurant food was good too. The team were kind, helpful, and professional about arranging on-request shuttles to Disney throughout the day. The hotel is ideal for a Disney visit, with the val d'europe mall and outlet village about a seven-minute walk away. Out of the hotels we stayed at on this trip, this one was the winner for us. Highly recommended.
