Madame Laetitia at reception was especially kind, polite, and helpful with everything. Breakfast was tasty, and the room (313A) felt clean, quiet, and cosy. For a reasonable price, you get the sort of amenities you'd expect at a much more expensive hotel, plus private parking for a small daily fee. The metro is just a minute away on foot. A very decent stay for the money.

The RER-C station is very close, and getting to the centre took about 20 minutes. The hotel itself was decent for the price, with clean rooms and helpful staff who spoke English. The surrounding area wasn't great, with a few lousy food shops.

We thought the stay was worth the price, and the room was fine for what we paid. But when we asked the desk to arrange a car to Orly Airport at 5am, before trains were running, the driver they booked charged us 80 euros for a 15-minute trip. I never expected them to book someone who'd do that so openly. Be careful with the people working there, they didn't seem to be there to help guests.

My room was opened while I was out, which felt like a serious privacy and security breach. On top of that, they took a 45-euro security deposit and still hadn't returned it after I reminded them several times. The staff were extremely irresponsible, and the receptionist was rude and unhelpful throughout our interaction. I left very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were great and really helpful, and the RER is right nearby for a 20-30 minute ride into central Paris. There are supermarkets and takeaways across the tracks too. Our room faced the railway, but it wasn't too loud, and we could see planes taking off in the distance and catch lovely sunsets. The bed wasn't very comfortable, so some decent pillows would help. It's a cheaper place, so I can't complain much, but be aware of the large deposit: ours was €200, which we hadn't expected. That could be an issue if you're on a tight budget.
