We called at 12:30 to book, and by 2 everything was ready for us. That kind of quick turnaround isn't always what you get at an aparthotel. The managers were lovely, and the lady especially friendly. Our apartment was quiet, very clean, and had everything we needed, even plates and a pan. The sofa bed was really comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Everything is close by, too. We already know where we'll stay on our next vacation, and we'd happily recommend it to family and friends. Thanks, Dorian and Lydwine Rambeau

The apartment was filthy, with cockroaches and other insects. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The host has also been dishonest, and I'm having a hard time getting a refund for the nights I booked but couldn't use because of the deplorable condition.

We found a dirty, used condom beside the bed in our apartment. The neighbors also seemed very questionable during our stay, offering paid services. When I told the owner, she stopped answering my calls and messages. I'll spare you the photos that back this up 😅. This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. Avoid the place, it's completely unscrupulous.

The place was clean, but the furnishings looked like secondhand pieces gathered from here and there. During my short stay, the water heater hadn't been switched on, and the bulb in the mezzanine sleeping area was dead, so there was no light there. The old microwave barely worked, and getting it to turn on felt like a miracle. This was the first aparthotel I've stayed in, and I've been to quite a few, without a bathroom kit or a cleaning kit. I don't mind mopping before leaving, but only having cold water makes that awkward. The key box was also a hassle to deal with in the rain and fading light. I admit it's not an easy job, but there should be somewhere sheltered to leave the keys so you don't end up late checking in. Some stays just don't go your way.
