Patricia is so attentive, and the welcome was perfect. The apartments are practical, nicely decorated, and kept in meticulous condition. Being right by the beach means a lovely view and easy access to things like a mini-market and bank. The location feels idyllic. Go without hesitation, you won't be disappointed!

The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable, easy stay, with a spectacular terrace and a parking space included. It's right by Socoa fort and a 15-minute walk from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, so shops, restaurants, transport and other amenities are handy while the stay still feels peaceful. The location is spectacular, directly on the beach, and makes for a relaxing break without giving up convenience.

I expected a beachfront place, but I hadn't realized it would be this close. What an unbelievable spot. The apartment is lovely, with a practical kitchen and bathroom and a terrace overlooking the bay. There are two beach bars just below, restaurants and shops a short walk away, and the town, scenery and people are all lovely. Perfect!

We came back for a second stay and were just as satisfied. Patricia is a friendly, attentive host, and the apartment is laid out very well. Its beachfront position is truly exceptional and unique.
