The room was clean, and I especially liked the colours and decor. The bathroom is a cabin inside the room, which wasn't ideal, though it was okay for one night. The baby bed was forgotten. When we reminded them, they left the frame and blanket at our door, with no mattress or sheets. Since the sofa bed had already been made up, we used that for our baby instead. We’d arrived late with two small children and weren’t going to assemble a bed ourselves, so the whole thing felt pretty unpleasant. The Ibis is very close to the centre of San-Jean-de-Luz.

Christophe and Idoia deserve a special thank you for always going above and beyond to make our stays special. The whole team at the Ibis in Ciboure makes us feel welcome every time we visit. A huge thanks to all of you.

It was quiet and comfortable, and they welcome dogs. There’s free secure parking right next door.
