The menu had plenty of choice and the prices were reasonable. Our hosts were so friendly, and the waitress kept a close eye on everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The cake they made for us was a real highlight, and the meal itself was amazing. We’d been here once before and enjoyed it, so it was the first place we thought of for my fiancée’s special birthday. We arranged ahead for 11 adults and two children, with a set menu. There must have been at least seven courses, though I lost count. Every dish was cooked and presented beautifully, and each course came at just the right time. The service was superb from beginning to end. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a really good Christmas lunch here with eight friends. The food and wines were excellent, and the service was timed just right. We’ll definitely come back.

The garden and grounds are lovely, and the outside terrace is a nice spot for a glass of wine 🍷. The restaurant and bar were first class, with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Wonderful.
