Residhome Paris Clamart

I've stayed at Residhome in Clamart twice now, first in January this year, and it's a completely different place for sure. The hotel is nice, with spacious rooms and all the basics, including a fridge, kettle, and microwave. When the air conditioning leaked, they moved me to another room. Emily was especially friendly and helpful, and made a real effort to speak English, which I appreciated. Breakfasts were nice, and the location is “et tres superb”. There's everything you need. I was there for the Bastille day celebrations, and the event they held was fantastic, with fireworks and music all night long. I'd recommend these hotel apartments. They're very reasonably priced.

We booked two rooms for three nights, and the cleanliness was a real letdown. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned properly, and the towels smelled unpleasant. Housekeeping didn't clean the rooms during our stay, so we had to ask for fresh towels every day, but those had the same odor. There was also a persistent bad smell in the hallway, which made the whole experience worse.

The location is a little out of the way, and finding the entrance was tricky because we left the car park at the Kiosk instead of by the supermarket. Still, this was a reasonably priced apparthotel in Clamart, south of Paris. The rooms were very clean, and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a small kitchenette with a dishwasher, so staying a few days would work well. We didn't have breakfast, but the selection looked sufficient. Recommended.

Just a four-minute walk from the tram, with a few cute restaurants and a grocery store downstairs around the corner. The rooms are well kept, and the little area felt safe and homey, away from the big city noise. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here, and it made our vacation much more enjoyable.
