Les Chapeliers

The breakfast was carefully done and suited the B&B’s style. Our room was spacious, clean, and well furnished, with a balcony overlooking the landscape. Arnaud was very kind and lent us his garage keys so we could park our motorbike. Les Chapeliers turned out to be a lovely surprise in a peaceful setting. There’s also a beautiful terrace at the wine-bar where you can try typical wine and have an aperitif. We highly recommend Les chapeliers.

We slept really well in the huge bed, and the largest room had a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view. The house itself is beautiful, and the bathroom has a great rain shower. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was simple but good. Parking nearby can be tricky when the town is busy.

The views are fabulous, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were extraordinarily hospitable, breakfast was excellent, and the wine list was interesting. It’s a very charming wine bar and B&B.

We stopped by their wine bar, which is open to the public though not widely advertised. It’s tucked into Claviers side streets, a lovely, peaceful oasis. There’s a wide selection of amazing local wines to enjoy with a small tapas-style bite. I loved the sardines! You can sit beneath apricot and loquat trees and look out at the hills around Claviers. Very well done, guys, we’ll be back!
