The bed for one person was comfortable enough, and I slept well. The room itself has been renovated, but room 108 is very small, the bathroom isn’t heated and has a draft, there were no towels, and the sheets were disposable paper. Sound insulation between rooms is poor. The shared areas are in a state that doesn’t belong in a hotel, and I hope they plan to renovate them because they’re really uninviting. Personally, I’d only come back if I had no other choice.

We waited an hour for the keys despite agreeing on an arrival time, and nobody even apologized. The staff also come across as aggressive, judging by their replies to other reviews. The place looks nice, but the beds are very uncomfortable and the cleaning was poor for the price. They deduct €30 for cleaning without mentioning it beforehand. It all felt very unprofessional, and there’s a lot to improve. You get too little for the price. Avoid it.

When we called the agency, they told us, “You should have made an appointment; we're not going to wait for you all day!” I’ve seen the aggressive replies to other reviews and look forward to yours, so future guests can see how pleasant you are. I felt uneasy as soon as I walked in, and that feeling was even stronger when I reached the bottom of the stairs. It doesn’t look any better, either. You can find better in Clermont-Ferrand for a lower price, and it’s impossible to give less than zero. Run away. The response was just what I expected. Any business needs to know how to take criticism. Take that as a warning. I won’t be saying hello.
