A great value place to stop during a cross-country road trip. The private parking was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Their fast checkout service might have been useful, but they added breakfast to my bill even though I hadn't ordered it. I had to wait at reception for someone to show up and fix the charge. They did sort it out eventually, but didn't apologize. What is the point of fast checkout if they do that? The signage is also in the wrong place, so I drove past the hotel twice while trying to get in.

At checkout on Nov 24, 2019, they said a printer and system issue meant they couldn't give me an invoice for my stay. They promised to email it by Nov 26, 2019, but I still haven't received any update. The room wasn't clean enough, either. There was no electric kettle, so I had to call reception for hot drinking water and collect it myself. The evening reception staff didn't understand English. There was no drinking water in the room, and I had to pay for every bottle.

The meal in jars really wasn't good, sorry. Breakfast was fresh and nice, and the staff were friendly. Service was excellent for a quick overnight stop.

Much better than I expected for a nice, basic hotel. The staff were super friendly, dinner was lovely, and breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend it for a short stay.
