Getting around was easy, with local transport nearby, the city center walkable, and a department store close by. It's a good option near the university, and Wi-Fi is included. I did find the rooms a little small. If you don't speak French, communication can be tricky sometimes, since reception staff don't always know English. Still, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

They welcomed us warmly, but the room had a lot of problems. The bathroom's walk-in shower doesn't slope enough, so water splashes all over the bathroom and bedroom. Really unpleasant. The walls are deteriorating, stained, and marked up, and the sink faucet head came off in my hand. The desk and other furniture are in poor shape and seem close to breaking. Private parking also costs more than €6.00 on top of the room price.
