The chateau itself is amazing, with eclectic furnishings that add to its charm. Our luxurious rooms looked out over the garden, and the shower was so warm and lovely it felt like being showered by a host of angels. We were on a cycling tour, and the tall gate kept our bikes secure. Beers in the garden were another treat. We also had the table d'hote dinner, outstanding BBQ duck, and one of the best breakfasts of our tour. I’d heartily recommend the whole experience and hope to go back sometime.

We were driving from Portugal to the Netherlands, and Château de Champblanc was a perfect stop to swim and relax. The dinner in the garden is well worth trying, the food and service were great. We could bring our dog to dinner and breakfast too. We had a lovely stay!

Sebastian brought me an ice-cold champagne as the sun was going down, and now I can’t wait to return. The bedroom is spacious and beautifully furnished, while the bathroom is stunning, with the best rainfall shower I’ve ever had. The house is tastefully filled with exquisite pieces. Coming through the gates, I was greeted by a stunning Chateau, manicured grounds and then a pool. I liked Sebastian from the moment the door opened. Hopefully you won’t see this and I can have the Chateau all to myself. Simply sublime in every way!

The rooms are comfortable and a little quirky, and the owners are friendly and great cooks. Both evening meals we had were superb. It’s a relatively small place, which gives it a cosy atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay.

The atmosphere here is incredible, and you can feel the owners’ real passion for running the place. They serve very tasty, proper French dinners, along with the best local cognac and wines. A fantastic place with superior owners! Sebastian, greetings from Cyprus!
