We first stayed here as a family, and that family room was excellent. We came back this time as a couple. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean, with large bathrooms, and the air conditioning was fantastic. There’s private parking, a nice pool, gym and restaurant. The people running the hotel are nice, and it’s about a 10-minute walk into the town centre. I’d highly recommend it.

The location is reasonable, around a 10-minute walk to the town centre. The air conditioning was okay, and essential since there was no fresh-air ventilation. The room was very small and claustrophobic, with no window, just a glass entry door.

I had time to wait for my train and enjoyed good coffee with free Wi-Fi. The staff were kind, and I was comfortable there. The entrance seemed narrow at first, but inside there was a spacious, tidy bar and restaurant, and a large, cute puppy greeted us. I couldn't believe this was a two-star hotel. It felt like a place that could be three-star.

We loved our stay, thank you very much! It’s an easy walk to the centre of Cognac, and it was simple to reach and park. The small hotel is lovely, with friendly, helpful staff, a clean, comfortable room and a nice pool.
