Suite En Terrasse

Evelyn's local knowledge led us on a wonderful walk through town, following her suggestions. She was so helpful throughout, even driving us into town late at night to find dinner. Breakfast was beautiful, with homemade yoghurt and local jams so good we bought some to take home. Our room and bathroom were huge, with lovely design details, and we could use a kitchen for our own drinks and snacks. We loved staying here and will certainly return. Thank you, Evelyn, for such warm hospitality.

Our flight was delayed, and we thought we'd arrive at the BNB at 2am. Evelyne kindly stayed up and reserved a parking space, making check-in as easy as possible. The room was clean and beautifully designed, and there was even a cute black cat on the terrace. In the morning, she served a lovely French-style breakfast with local and homemade yoghurt, fruit, pastries, butter, and delicious coffee. She also shared interesting details about the region's history and things to see. Couldn't ask for more from a BNB. Highly recommend!

Evelyne went above and beyond for me. After I arrived, she included me at the last minute in a private tour of a beautiful tower in town, then drove me out of town to the restaurant I'd specifically travelled to Cognac to visit. She's a wealth of information, too. The room was very comfortable, and both the breakfast and its setting were excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

Évelyne has great ideas for things to see and do, and arranges visits to Cognac producers. The table d’hôte is well worth trying: Pascal freshly prepares every dish and is a really good cook. It's a cosy, lovely place near the city centre, with spacious, well-equipped, nicely designed rooms and a comfortable bed.
