Since 2007, I've been living at La Cascadelle. It's a pretty place and a quiet one, and I'm very happy here.

A view of the port and lovely, tree-filled landscaping make this a really attractive residence. It's a pleasant place to live, whether all year or just for the season.

The free shuttle kept running between the piers, which helped since restaurants and the little port shop were a bit of a walk from where we moored in the Cascadelle area of Cogolin Marina. Our berth was sheltered and not especially windy, and it was very quiet, with vacation rentals all around. The nearby restrooms were very clean. There's a large shopping center about a 10-minute walk away. We walked the 3km to Port Grimaud, but also took our tender along the open sea passage linking the two port entrances. St. Tropez is 5km away on foot, or there are return ferries several times a day, roughly every 45 minutes.
