Le Mas de Marie

This was the worst experience ever. We booked one night, but the doors were closed when we arrived. When I called, the lady said she'd never been listed on Hotels.com and that her hotel was full until the end of October. She said she couldn't do anything for us because she wasn't available, then got angry, as if it were our fault. She also said we'd been scammed, that the reservation wasn't real because she only deals with Booking.com and knew nothing about bookings coming from Hotels.com. Strange, since on the day we arrived, she said this was the first time this had happened. The next day, she insisted on seeing our booking confirmation and said many customers were having the same problem. I believe she simply wasn't interested in renting a room for one night and didn't want to come and open it for a single day. We were left out on the street with nowhere to go, and had to cancel our holiday and go home. I'm deeply disappointed with this hotel and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Nice team, great stay!

Véronique was so thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. She always found a way to make things comfortable, and even ironed our shirts for us, thank you! The room was spotless and had air conditioning, which really mattered in the summer heat. We also loved the big pool and sun loungers. The place is about a 15-minute drive from Saint-Tropez, and we'd happily stay again if we're nearby.

We had a lovely breakfast beside the pool, and Veronique and her husband made us feel very welcome. They were attentive whenever we needed anything. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. It's in a peaceful spot close to amenities and around 10 minutes from Saint-Tropez. We'll be back soon.
