Hôtel Triton

The beachside location was perfect for the price, and our room had a balcony with a table and two chairs. It was lovely early in the morning, but too hot to use in the afternoon. The AC worked very well. The view was great. There were some real drawbacks. The bedroom had just one electrical outlet between the beds. The shower had no holder for the showerhead, so you had to put it down and turn it off while soaping, then turn it on again to rinse, probably to save water. The bathroom was tight, with no shower light and a black curtain that made it darker. The door was a folding plastic partition. The sink cabinet was crumbling from water damage on both sides and needs replacing. The pillows were nearly flat and should be replaced, though the beds were nice and firm, which we prefer. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, and the hotel only offered them at breakfast from 8-10. We skipped breakfast after seeing the limited selection and ate elsewhere. After checking in, we found a notice on the door saying food isn't allowed in the room.
