Really great.

The manager was attentive and helpful, and we felt right at home in this apartment. It’s beautifully positioned in the centre, yet on a quiet street, so everything is an easy walk without the noise. The modern amenities are recently renovated and high quality. We loved the magnificent mountain views, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Everything made for a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend it!

My two-night apartment booking in Collioure had been confirmed by email, with check-in set for 2:00 PM. By 2:30 PM on arrival day, nobody had told me how to get in, so I called the residence and learned they’d overbooked and given the apartment to someone else. They hadn’t contacted me or offered any solution, even though larger apartments were available. They simply refused to move me, leaving me with nowhere to stay at the last minute. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and no customer service at all.

The accommodation was decent, and the location was good. Follow the signs to the owner’s parking, since some GPS systems apparently struggle to direct you there. The street is narrow enough for only one vehicle at a time. Towels and bed linen cost extra, and we requested the linen. The duvet didn’t have a cover and could be washed directly. The pillows had no covers either, just a soft, holey fabric. I’d definitely come back.
