The building feels a little tired, but the accommodation was adequate. The location is great and the parking felt secure. We weren't happy to find out only after confirming the booking that sheets and towels cost extra. With those added to the accommodation price, we could have stayed in a hotel.

The parking and location earn a star each. The accommodation itself feels like a dingy, old-fashioned student place, minimally maintained to maximize profit. At night, your head is barely four feet from a smelly shower and toilet drain.

This was our second stay at Résidence du Soleil, and it went wonderfully. The welcome was warm, and the professionalism was clear throughout. Parking was a real bonus, and dogs are welcome. We highly recommend the residence for its services and how close it is to the center of Collioure. Thanks again for a lovely stay. Noelle, Philippe, Remi, and Kalie

The welcome was warm and attentive, and the peaceful, comfortable setting is magnificent. We left with wonderful memories and hope to return very soon. The gentle charm of the Côte Vermeille makes the experience, and I highly recommend Résidences du Soleil & Spa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved our stay at Résidence du Soleil and can't wait to come back soon. It's a peaceful, pleasant setting close to the beach, and the location is perfect. The apartment was superb, with sheets, bath towels, and a small bathroom kit provided. There was plenty on offer too: a spa, hammam, breakfast, a terrace with a barbecue, and parking. A huge thank you for the warm welcome and kindness. 😊☀️🌸
