The hotel is outside town, which suited me because it was quiet, and I had a car for the five-minute drive to the centre. The staff were the best I've had so far, so friendly and kind. I'm recommending this hotel to everyone because of them. They definitely deserve a raise 🥰

The breakfast area was clean, the food was really tasty, and the breakfast staff were friendly. A young man at reception also quickly brought me a clean towel when I asked. Those are the reasons I'm giving three stars. I liked the room at first, but the bathroom changed that. The towels had stains and the bathroom door was very dirty, so it didn't feel clean at all. That was unpleasant, and I don't think it's acceptable for a 4-star hotel. If the rooms were cleaned as well as the dining area, I'd give five stars.

The motorway is close, but the location is still quiet, and there's a very good steak house next door that allows dogs. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, the standards were especially high, making this one of the best B&B hotels we've stayed in. We'll definitely use it again.

Easy to reach from the A35/N83, with a short drive into Colmar's lovely old city centre. The rooms were clean and the service was perfect. I'd recommend the hotel.
