The location is very central, and the owner communicated clearly and effectively. It had all the amenities we needed, plus free garage parking where we could charge our electric car overnight at no cost. The bathroom was quite dirty, though: dust was everywhere, and the floor mats really needed washing. Despite that, we had a great experience overall and would definitely stay again.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and covered parking was excellent, about 600 meters from the house. The location in the city center was perfect.

Downstairs there's a delicious bakery with lots of different things to try, and the apartment is only steps from Colmar's center in a quiet area. It's small but functional, well suited to a short stay. Parking isn't private, so you'd need to find a space on the street, but the property also offers a spot about 200 meters away that's always open. Cleanliness needs work: the refrigerator wasn't very clean, there was an unknown ice cream in the freezer, and the dishwasher had dirty dishes. I don't expect much, but those oversights weren't appreciated.

The landlord was very nice, and the free parking in an underground garage about 500 meters away was a real plus. The large TV with Netflix earned another star. But the apartment was filthy throughout. Grease covered the kitchen, including the backsplash, extractor hood, and drawers, and the bathroom had hair from previous tenants. There was mold in the shower, and the drain cover was missing, with a plastic shower-gel cap floating there. Not pleasant at all. I wouldn't book it again.
