The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with the historic center just around the corner and our bike rental close by. The bed felt a bit too hard for me, and showering flooded the whole floor. A shower curtain might work better than the small glass panel. I’d still recommend the place. Added 29/05/22: Maybe the shower issue was because we’re both tall, 190 and 177 centimeters. It might be fine for shorter guests.
It’s a great spot right by the tourist area, and staying there gave me the feeling of being in a cabin in the city. One thing, the outdoor space is enclosed all around, so even though you’re technically outside, it feels pretty closed in.
It was very clean and in an excellent location. There was even coffee, and the housekeeper or owner went out of their way to arrange a taxi for me to the train station.
The owner was kind, and the place was nice, with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. You can buy delicious honey from the rack.
I liked the place, but found the people living there horrible. I mean French people, with some exceptions.
