ibis Colmar Centre

The payment and currency exchange caused a small issue, but the staff dealt with it calmly and efficiently. They listened, looked for a solution, and made us feel welcome and respected. Noelle was especially kind and professional, and the whole team gave us the same reassuring, attentive service. That level of care made our time in Colmar smooth and memorable. We’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend ibis Colmar Centre to anyone visiting.

Valérie and Jessica were patient, polite, and kind with me and with everyone else I heard them speak to. The hotel is in a perfect spot, about a minute’s walk from the Christmas markets, close to all the fun but also the noisy crowds. The room was clean and modern. I loved the cosy bedroom lighting and the bright bathroom lights. The bed was comfy, with lovely pillows and actual Cotten sheets. The thermostat responded quickly, the hot water did too, and having a heater in the bathroom was a bonus for me. I’d definitely recommend it.

The room was small and the view was decent, which was fine since we spent most of our time out walking. The location made that easy: just outside the city centre, close enough to walk in but far enough away that traffic wasn’t a worry. Prices can get a little steep during the Christmas season, so book early. The people providing the service were friendly, polite, and accommodating. We didn’t have to fight to get basic hotel service. It’s a solid 8/10, and a good example of how a hotel should work.

The rooms were really clean and the staff were welcoming and very friendly. It was great value for money. We did wake up in the morning because of noise in the corridors, and the walls are quite thin. The elevator was out of service at the time, so we could hear everyone carrying their luggage down the stairwell.
