The room cleaning was disappointing, and getting started was a hassle. The place is central in Colmar, but tucked at the end of a cul-de-sac and hard to find. When we got lost, Nathalie, the concierge, didn’t answer our calls. We were just handed an envelope with the keys, and parking fees and taxes had to be paid in cash. The next day we ran into Nathalie while she was having coffee with a friend, and she was too busy to offer any ideas for places to visit. There are plenty of other places to stay in Colmar, so I wouldn’t spend my money here.

I really enjoyed my three days in Colmar and would happily return. Nathalie, the hostess, was kind and helpful, and the accommodation is in a lovely spot within easy walking distance of the city center. There’s paid parking in the courtyard. After checkout at 11:00 AM, they offer a service that lets you take one last stroll around the city. I highly recommend staying here.

Natale welcomed us so warmly and was very kind. The apartment is spacious and practical, right in the center of Colmar. We had an excellent experience.

The location was perfect, and having parking was a real plus since it’s so hard to find in central Colmar. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved it and highly recommend it!
