Logis Hôtel Beauséjour Colmar

We stayed one night. Parking was available right in front or on a nearby street, and the city center is within walking distance. Staff were friendly, and for the price and location the stay was okay. The room was pretty small, with a stained carpet I didn't like and an old, overly hard mattress. The bathroom was okay. Our room faced the side, but traffic from the busy street was still a bit loud.

We were put in a ground-floor room with a tiny window that doesn't appear in any of the photos. When we brought it up, they just said the hotel was full and didn't try to help. They also refused when we asked for wine glasses. The staff weren't very helpful, and unfortunately the experience was poor.

The small balcony made our room feel just right, and the open parking was very convenient for handling the car. We were pleased with the stay at hotel Beauséjour in Colmar. It's about a 20-minute walk to the city center, and breakfast was satisfactory, with a decent selection to start the day. The rooms were comfortable, and I'd recommend it for a convenient location.

We had a really good stay and would come back. The price felt more reasonable than staying right in the center, and the walk there was easy, about eight minutes. The hotel and rooms were in very good shape, with some renovations that left the bathrooms in perfect condition. Everything was absolutely clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, though it cost extra. There are bikes to rent and four type C vehicle chargers. You can pay for charging through your own app, or get a full charge at the standard price using the hotel badge. To use the chargers, you also have to pay for parking inside the hotel.
