The friendly staff, good cleanliness, and lobby water dispenser, including sparkling water, were welcome. Still, the room comfort needs work. The bed was quite hard, the room smelled old, possibly from the carpet or outdated curtains, and noise from neighboring rooms came through easily. The bathroom layout was cramped, with the toilet facing a wall or towel rack about 30 cm away. It had a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower, which may not suit everyone. Breakfast had an okay selection, but the scrambled eggs were completely cold. The narrow, winding parking garage also calls for care to avoid scratching your car.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has an underground car park for €20 a night, with a public car park opposite as another option. There was an offer of an evening snack at the bar, which I appreciated, and a dispenser for refilling water bottles. My only complaints were that the shower had no grab bar or non-slip floor, and the soap dispenser was too high for us to reach.

The free water dispenser was the best part for me. The hotel has just been renovated and is in a good location, out toward the edge of town, but that wasn't a problem. I barely slept during our three nights because there was no temperature control and the bedding was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows may as well not have been there. I don't understand why a hotel wouldn't invest in bedding, since it's the one thing guests care about. Breakfast was just okay. Next time I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere better.

The rooms were clean, nicely equipped, and the staff were very friendly and spoke English. The hotel is in the city center, so everything is within walking distance. To reach the parking house by car, enter the pedestrian zone on the hotel's right, and the entrance is just around the corner. That garage was the bad part of our stay. My car is large and wide, and both the entrance and exit were narrow and steep. With no signs showing which way to exit, I ended up on a pavement and damaged the car, even though I'm a very experienced driver.
