There’s paid parking beside the property for up to €25 a day. I’d recommend valet parking for the same price, and parking is free on Sundays. The apartments are very convenient, close to the city centre and only five minutes from the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin. The apartment was spacious, with modern furnishings, very large bedrooms and a roomy kitchen. The bathroom was spacious too, but only had a sink and shower. The toilet was in a separate room with a tiny sink. I stayed only two nights, but I don’t think I would have used the cookware because it was dirty and encrusted. The toilet was stained around the rim, surely an oversight by the cleaning staff. Still, I’d highly recommend the place, and it would probably be my first choice if I return to Colmar.

The apartment was clean and well located. The only downside is the bar/restaurant downstairs plays loud music late into the night. Avoid the first-floor apartment.

The apartment itself was nice, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly. We arrived to a dirty toilet. The toilet was also in a separate room from the shower, which was a terrible setup.

Just a short distance from the old town, with restaurants nearby, these apartments are newly renovated, clean, and well equipped. Highly recommend them.
