The parking garage was excellent and easy to use. The gym wasn't tiny, but the equipment options were disappointing for a Courtyard. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so I missed it on several mornings because of early work schedules. Otherwise, Courtyard Marriott Paris La Défense felt dated and didn't meet what I expect from a Marriott. The rooms smelled musty and had worn, slightly broken-looking features. The bathroom, especially around the toilet, felt like it hadn't been properly updated in decades. Service was a major problem too. The front desk seemed overwhelmed, basic processes were difficult, and room assignment took a long time. Checkout went badly: I couldn't get a receipt or invoice printed, and even after chasing by email for weeks, I still didn't receive one. That's unacceptable for business travel. Apart from the parking, it fell short on room condition, efficient service and business readiness. There are better choices around La Défense if you want smooth operations and a more modern stay.

The breakfast restaurant staff were extremely friendly, and there are quite a few places to eat if you're willing to walk a little. Being a Marriott Platinum Elite member got me an upgrade, and the room was just right overall. The shower area and study table were both on the small side, but I was satisfied with the room and would definitely go back. The Marriott brand is what brought me here.

We'd like to come back. The room was great, with a clean bed and floor, and both the bathroom and toilet were spotless and neatly arranged. Breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable, especially the flavorful bread, coffee and yogurt. The restaurant is small, but the food was prepared neatly. The hotel is near the Aerogare airport area, though heavy traffic made the trip there take a full 75 minutes. We also had Red fish for dinner at a restaurant, served over eggplant. It looked fantastic and tasted just as good. I'm already craving it again! 🤦

There's a tram stop right outside, along with local shops and cafes. The walkways are wide, and there's the usual pleasant bustle you'd expect in a nice office district. Our Paris office is a short walk away, but I'd choose this hotel even without that.
