The Airbnb was basic but had enough equipment, and the location was excellent. The service was very professional. I had a lovely summer in Combloux, especially thanks to that beautiful terrace! ❤️ I recommend it.

I still haven't received my prepayment back after more than 45 days, even though my cancellation entitles me to a 100% refund. They charged me when the listing said they couldn't do that until five days beforehand, and I had already cancelled. Then they asked for my bank details, even though they could refund the credit card. No money has come back yet. Accounting and customer service are based in paris, far from the property, and they keep saying they'll tell the accounting department. I found the service horrible and the management cash-flow hungry and ill-intentioned. I wouldn't book with or deal with them again. Their last message was: mime-attachment.png Hello, I am sorry for the delay in treatment and I will follow up with the department concerned regarding your reservation. The Mont Blanc Booking Team So I keep waiting while they keep my money and I keep trying to get it back. Great.

The place is neat, easy to get to, and right in town, so you can walk everywhere. But I didn't feel well received by the company hosting us through Airbnb. There was no WiFi, and bed linen costs extra. There was no air conditioning, or even a fan, and it was really hot and uncomfortable for me and my family, including our three kids. I'd rate the hosting 3/10. They need to step it up and learn how to host people.

The location was good, but the room was dark, and no one replied promptly while I was standing at the door. There was a sink for washing dishes but no soap. Wi-Fi wasn't included, and they charge extra for bed linen or towels. It was the most expensive hotel of my road trip and also the worst. I wouldn't stay there again.
