A little removed from the center, but the surroundings are all quiet and natural. Feels like a lovely spot for a soul retreat.

The view was nice, though getting there was a struggle. PLEASE AVOID. I’m giving one star only because zero isn’t an option. The place is dirty and the service is outrageous. There was no heating and it was 4 degrees in the room. Nobody helped us, they just answered the phone now and then to say they were working on it. There’s no reception or anyone on site. I believe they answer, if they answer at all, from Paris. You’re on your own, with nobody to help or guide you with anything. Don’t use anything in the pantry unless you want to get something nasty. And if you still decide to come after this review, bring your own toilet paper. PLEASE AVOID.

The room had a nice view, but it was extremely basic, with charging outlets coming out of the walls and no towels or soap. The property was listed as having a spa, but there were no such amenities, and the pool was empty and closed. Chamonix is close by, yet only three buses a day go there, making it hard to get into town and do things. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you have a vehicle and can bring a whole houseful of things to use at the property.

The location is amazing and the room is great, but they charged us for sheets and towels cost 90 euro. They didn’t provide trash bags or toilet paper. The facilities feel very cheap.

There’s no service at all, and the rooms are cold, dirty, poorly equipped, and unsociable. The pool seems to have been closed for years, and there’s no "Spa" available.
