Pretty good.

It’s a castle, and it cost us a third of what the hotel chains near the Disney Resort charge for their overpriced sprawling complexes, often with no service. I still can’t make sense of that. This charming place was a peaceful oasis away from the crowds at a fair price. The rooms were small but spotless, with free Wi-Fi and parking. We were completely thrilled.

We stopped for one night in August while touring France by motorcycle. The hotel had recently been renovated, and the rooms were furnished with a lot of care and taste. Dinner was very good, and breakfast was generous.

We slept well in a peaceful, very quiet inn, and the rooms were cozy and clean. The problem was the toilets: in both rooms we rented, the flush mechanisms didn’t work.

Ralph came over to introduce himself, which was a nice touch. We felt warmly welcomed in this intimate, lovely place. The food was simple, hearty, and delicious. We’ll be back, and thank you!
