I spent one night here and it was a nightmare. People knocked on the door at dawn to ask if we needed anything, children ran up and down the stairs all day, and families were living in tiny rooms. The place was dirty, the location was terrible, and the employees treated us very badly. They still ask for a deposit to stay here. Sorry for putting it this way, but this felt like a dirty place with suspicious people. Be careful.

My two-day, two-night mini holiday was ruined, and it was my first trip to Paris. I had booked and paid for a room on 30.05.2018, but when I arrived it wasn't available. When I tried to sort it out, they claimed there was no booking, even though they'd taken the money. Nobody could help us get into a room, and the staff were rude while making it impossible for us to use the express check-in machine. There was no one at reception, so we ended up sleeping in the car. They still refuse to refund me. Be careful with this hotel.

There's no WiFi or privacy at this refugee hotel. Black and Maghreb children run around on every floor all day, every day.
2/10
Awful. There were cigarette burns on the bedding, the walls, floor, and sink. The bathroom was the sort you'd expect in a caravan.
2/10
A dreadful night, honestly. A nightmare.
