I never even stayed in the accommodation, but dealing with the management was a very bad experience. We’d booked two nights in June 2020 for €198, then had to cancel five days before arrival when the event we were travelling to the region for was called off. After several conversations, the manager offered a €69 credit note. I emailed on March 30, 2022, to book dates using the credit. They said the accommodation was available, and I replied a few days later to confirm. A week passed with no answer, so I followed up. I was then told someone had made an online booking a few hours after they’d told me the dates were free. Since we rarely visit the region, I won’t be able to use the credit. The managers never got back to me, and I felt they showed no willingness to compromise in difficult times. It seemed to me they were only interested in the money. I also just saw that the managers themselves leave reviews for their establishments. Poor management and, in my experience, a lack of honesty.
