The pool and mountain views are great, and breakfast is okay, though it's very limited and only has sweet things. The street is noisy even at night. They only speak French and Italian, and the rooms still feel half empty. Maybe one day this will be a great hotel and spa, but the place isn't finished yet.

The amount charged online for local tax was €2.20, though the tax is €1. The website photos make the place look neat and charming, but in reality it feels more like a medium-low-quality property. My stay fell far short of expectations: WiFi was down the whole time, so I couldn't work, and there were insects all over my room. I was stuck in the bathroom for about 10 minutes because the door wasn't working properly. The heating also worked badly because the filters were full of dust, and the room was freezing.

The pool is nice, and the rooms were very new when I visited. Still, don't expect the advertised four-star standard. Street traffic is really loud, and the spa isn't finished yet.
