The lack of a 24-hour reception wasn't obvious beforehand. That can be a real problem if you arrive late or need help outside the usual hours.

The setting was a lovely surprise: a beautiful château surrounded by a park right in the village. I was there for the hotel's Easter opening and found the whole place charming. The food was excellent, and the welcome stayed warm and attentive throughout my visit. The staff were helpful and clearly committed to looking after guests. You can feel the energy and potential here. I hope the team has every success with this exciting new venture.

The restaurant was a real highlight, with delicious homemade food. I loved the Caesar salad, and the Poké Ball was tasty and beautifully presented, almost like something from a gourmet restaurant. Even the ice cream was homemade. The welcome was superb, the bedding clean and comfortable, and the staff discreet but attentive. Thanks again to the whole team.

We enjoyed lunch so much that we came back in the evening. The meal was delicious, the staff were friendly and smiling, and the setting is magnificent. We were just passing through Cosnes, but we'd gladly return next time we're in the area.
