Château de la Pommeraye

Alexandre was such a gracious host, and his dinner was superb. He was also very helpful throughout our stay. The chateau and its grounds are both immaculate and beautiful, tucked into peaceful countryside. It would suit couples, families, or friends, and it would also make a wonderful wedding venue. We only wish we’d had longer at this lovely place.

Our favorite part was the late dinner Alexandre prepared after traffic delayed us on the drive from Paris. His restaurant suggestions were excellent too, and breakfast was delicious. We stayed at Chateau de la Pommeraye, which has been renovated and decorated with obvious care. After a full day visiting Mont St. Michel and Granville, the huge bathtub in our room was just what we needed. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Alexandre Boudnikoff, the proprietor and a gourmand chef, made our three nights here one of the best experiences we’ve had anywhere. The food deserved the highest Michelin rating, and both the service and the accommodations were impeccable. The architecture is exquisite as well. We’d strongly recommend the property to anyone looking for a refined stay in a peaceful country setting.

We were welcomed so warmly, and the immaculate accommodations lived up to it. The chateau has been restored beautifully, with sumptuous rooms in a stunning location. Our stay was marvellous, and we’re already thinking about coming back.
