We came for two nights while riding the local racetrack, and this little B&B turned out to be a real find. The house is older, which gives it plenty of charm. The owners are as friendly as people say, and the cats are sociable too. Breakfast had freshly toasted bread, croissants, juice, yoghurt, cheese and eggs. The hostess sat with us, and chatting felt like catching up with old friends. We’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially getting to talk with Richard and Fernanda. They’re charming people and wonderful hosts. I stayed in their home for 10 days over the 2024 Christmas holiday, and they made the whole visit memorable. I could come and go on my own schedule with the front door key. My room was spacious, clean and well heated, and the attached bathroom was spotless and well maintained. They also tailored breakfast to my tastes and schedule, which I really appreciated. I’d happily stay with them again if I travel to France, and recommend their B&B without reservation.

Being within walking distance of some amazing castle ruins was a real bonus, and the owners also pointed us toward new places to visit and good restaurants. One recommendation led to our best meal of the trip. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread, croissants, eggs and coffee, and we always enjoyed talking with the owners over the meal. Ric and Fern are lovely people, and they speak excellent English, which helped when our French fell short. The house is adorable, with clean, comfortable rooms, very comfy beds and modern furnishings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom just next door. This is the best B&B we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

We’ll surely return. Breakfast conversations were great, and the hosts made us feel so welcome. It’s an excellent B&B for a quiet weekend or a tour around the region, with a beautifully decorated place and a warm, lovely couple ready to make the stay special.

The beds are very comfy, the rooms look amazing, and the whole house has great design. It’s in the countryside, with two adorable kitties, and the people are lovely. They recommended a perfect restaurant, too. Breakfast was great. Best place ever, we’re coming back!
