Breakfast was basic, but it had everything we needed, and our host was friendly. She chatted with us in French and English, which helped. We only stayed one night, arriving late, and the owner kindly booked us a table at a nearby restaurant. The meal was decent and we enjoyed the music. It’s a quiet place, away from all the noise and bustle, good value, and I’d happily return.

Even though we got there very late, sometime between Thursday night and Friday morning, we were still welcomed on arrival. The accommodation was great, and breakfast was lovely, with lots of local and homemade food. We met Therese and her husband over breakfast. They were both very friendly and lovely to chat with. We’d recommend staying here 100%.

We were four cyclists on a long ride from Bilbao to Caen, then back home to England, and were so glad to find a room for the night. They gave us a warm welcome, the accommodation was lovely and comfortable, and breakfast was superb!

The hosts were helpful and charming, and served a delicious breakfast. Our room was comfortable, the kitchen had all the equipment we needed, and there was good Wi-Fi plus somewhere to store our bikes. A lovely chambres d'hotes in peaceful countryside.

A great place to stop for the night. Breakfast was brilliant, and the coffee was great.
