Thanks to Jean-Pierre for such a lovely stay. The room was okay, but the hospitality really stood out, including a personal chat about wine tasting in the Maltoff's cave. And the breakfast is now genuinely great, easily one of the best B&Bs on the route between Bourgogne and Paris.

We found this place by chance while three of us were touring on electric bikes. The owner was so friendly and down-to-earth, and offered us wine as soon as he saw us. A real shame we were backpacking, or we'd have bought a few bottles. We all slept well in the comfortable accommodation, and breakfast is included. The price was more than reasonable. It makes us want to come back to the area with our family.

We could park our motorcycles in the garage, and there's also a kitchenette for cooking or making coffee and tea. That said, I wouldn't cook here, since Maison Roger is just around the corner and serves delicious food for next to nothing. The B&B itself is just what you'd hope for: a lovely building, charming decor with an eye for detail, a super friendly owner, breakfast included, and wine to sample.
