I stayed from 28 February to 9 March at the Paris Pullman hotel, and had a very good experience. Mr.THIERRY was so friendly, attentive, and helpful at breakfast throughout those days. I appreciated his service, as well as that of the other restaurant staff. The front desk team were also friendly and attentive. My room was 811, and housekeeping did a good job, always helpful and attentive. God Bless everyone. 😊😇

We were lucky to get upgraded to a corner suite, which made coming back to the hotel after a day out especially nice. The staff at reception and breakfast were friendly. The breakfast salad bar was good, though it could use a few more options. The hotel is very conveniently placed by the Westfield mall and the train and metro stations in the business district. It’s only about a 15-minute trip into central Paris.

The breakfast team were great. Noman made the omelette exactly to my own request, and it was a big help that the staff could communicate in both French and English. Arthur and Sulman checked that I had everything I needed, from drinks and coffee to hot chocolate.

Thierry really stood out for how carefully he kept things clean and arranged the bread display in such an orderly, hygienic way. His attention added a lot to breakfast. The staff were welcoming, and the food was delicious, with plenty of well-prepared choices. Everything was presented neatly and looked appealing.
