The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, whether you're there for an easy lunch or a special dinner. The staff are attentive and so friendly, which adds to the personal feel of each visit. The food is fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented, and the menu mixes creative ideas with comforting dishes. Highly recommend La Maison de Manolie for a memorable meal!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at La Maison de Manolie. The Gîte is charming, with lovely decor and a cozy, elegant feel that made it easy to relax. I also really enjoyed the Finnish Bath. Our host was attentive and welcoming, and the surroundings made for a great escape. The restaurant recommendations were a nice touch too. We can’t wait to return!

Laurent is incredibly sweet and takes care of everything. The rooms were clean, breakfast was perfect, and the lovely garden was a great spot for a swim. If you’re visiting the champagne region, this is the place to stay. Iris & Johan

The villages are small and very quiet, and the garden is lovely, with a pool and spa. We enjoyed good Champagne and a fantastic breakfast. Laurent is kind and very generous, pays attention to his guests, and is always glad to help with all kinds of things. He can find a solution to anything. Best host in France, maybe all of Europe.

We arrived worn out from a long drive across France, but left feeling rested and relaxed. The evening by the log fire was lovely, the bed was brilliantly comfortable, and there was a sauna with splendid valley views followed by a soothing jacuzzi session. Breakfast was delicious too. Laurent is a charming, attentive host. La maison de Manolie is exceptional.
