Cimalpes 1650

The booking process was clear and thorough, and the apartment's location and cleanliness suited us well. It was perfect for our needs apart from the mattresses, which need to be more comfortable. It would be great if guests could arrange and pay for a priority clean in advance to make an earlier check-in possible.

We stayed for a week in a well-priced apartment next to the snow front. It came with a ski locker and even a discount on the passes, and the staff were very nice. The place matched what we expected from the photos, description, and price. I'd rent with Cimalpes again.

We rented four apartments for New Year, and one of them turned into a very poor experience. On December 30th, around $600 in cash and sunglasses were stolen from inside the apartment. We were told to file a police report, which took over three hours, but got no follow-up or assistance afterward. The key situation was also a hassle. We were first given one key and no ski locker key. A second key arrived the next day, still without the locker key, so we had to rent an external locker for about $150. Then, on December 31st, after a full day skiing, there was no hot water in the apartment. We had a dinner reservation and ended up showering in cold water on New Year's Eve. Cimalpes offered no real support. For a premium rental company in Courchevel, this service and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I can't recommend Cimalpes 1650, especially during peak holiday periods.

The apartment was as described, and Cimalpes had some nice touches, like providing dishwasher tablets. Their selection of apartments was good, and they communicated well while we were booking. Getting to the resort and collecting the keys was very efficient, as was checkout. We had a very good experience with Cimalpes Courchevel Moriond.
