Max made everything feel easy and pleasant, and was especially great about lighting the fireplace and making the atmosphere warm and cozy. The staff were all kind and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, calm, and comfortable, with lovely views. It's conveniently close to everything, but still feels peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

I booked and paid for the hotel through booking, and got a confirmation. A few days later, I received an email saying the hotel was closed and my reservation had to be cancelled.

The standout is the location. It's ski-in, ski-out, in a prime spot with access to the top of Courcheval in two lifts. From there you can head down towards Courcheval one way, or Meribel and the rest of the Three Valleys the other. The resort gets reliable snow, with some of the best runs across one of the world's biggest ski areas. After a long day out, it was lovely to come back to a warm fire. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, and the childcare facilities were excellent. The hotel has an old-school design and is well maintained.

We had lovely mountain views, and getting onto the slopes was incredibly easy: just put on your skis and go. The food was good, and the staff were great. Looking forward to going back.

The hotel feels lovely and homely, and the childcare and staff were brilliant. Its location alone makes it worth the money. The food was superb this year with a proper chef, a big improvement on two years ago.
