Everything that came up was handled professionally, and the staff were very helpful. Lila at the restaurant was especially great. Really good value for the money!

The staff were fantastic, and the views from the dining room and lounge were outstanding, day and night. The location is great, with a ski hire shop downstairs and the slopes, ariondes lift, and SCF ski school across the road. There's a boot room with lockers, a good bar, and a staffed reception. Meals are set, with no menu choice, which I thought was a brilliant idea. The room could use updating, but it was clean, spacious, and had a comfy bed. We were there to ski, not sit in the room. I'd highly recommend it if a basic room is fine with you.

We spent Christmas week here with our son, and the whole place felt cozy, friendly, and charming. The service was fantastic and welcoming, including with our family who don't speak French. On Christmas Eve there was live singing and guitar, plus canapes and fruit punch for everyone. We'd absolutely stay again. Our room was basic but had what we needed, including a balcony overlooking the main road. The water pressure was fantastic after skiing. Snow clearing machinery did make some noise in the early hours, though we were usually too tired to mind. Meals are at an assigned restaurant table. Breakfast is a simple buffet with cereal, fruit, croissants, bread, cheese, ham, eggs you boil yourself, coffee, and juice. Lunch and dinner are set menus with no alternatives, but I enjoyed all the meals. It was hit and miss for my son, but there was always something on the plates he liked, so he never went hungry.
