Hotel Les Cimes Blanches

For Courchevel, the price is reasonable, and the location is ideal, right at the bottom of the Ariondaz Telecabine and close to the free shuttle bus. The hotel's steam room and sauna are a bonus. But we were disappointed with Les Cimes Blanches apartments, which are sort of part of, or tagged onto, the Fahrenheit Seven Hotel. We booked through Crystal Ski, as we have at other resorts for a few years. There are no piste views, just a balcony over a side street. The apartment is small, especially the tiny bedroom. The bathroom needs repair: the silicone is peeling, the light flickers, and the water temperature fluctuates. There's a big draught under the front door and no draught excluder. Music from the hotel bar was very loud most nights. Check-in was poorly explained, the staff weren't very useful, and there was no information about the facilities. We weren't told the apartment would be cleaned on Wednesday, so it was a surprise to come back and find someone had been in. The cleaner did a very poor job, which caused more issues. It's not a bad place, but it's a long way from good. I'd look elsewhere.
